Love Twitter to scroll through mindlessly to catch up on news and current events-both locally & internationally. Up to the minute news and traffic coverage depending on who you follow. Time well wasted.

Shows I have 1 notification but there are no unread notifications displayed in the app always reappears a short time after closing

News when I want it and live shows for my break time.

I use Twitter for everything: keeping up to date, connecting with friends, collaborating with other educators etc.

I dont know if its the same scenario for everyone but Twitter does not show me all of my tweets and likes. Thats all lol

My favorite app

I was reluctant to use twitter because I had no desire to have all sorts of information coming at me. By using lists I can add the writers or art I like to my list for that type of twitter and only occasionally venture into the wider stream of information.

This is way too time consuming. I need more discipline or 48 hour days.

Twitter is the go to app when I need to get local, national and international news or information from sources I trust. I use Twitter multiple times daily. An essential application.

Twitter is one of the best apps there is !

It keeps telling me I have a notification when I have nothing its very annoying.

Even though I have no new mentions, tags, or tweets, I have between 6-9 notifications showing on the app randomly. Kinda annoying.

Give it a new look + an edit button

Works like it should. I have yet to experience a crash with this app. Being able to clear memory is a great feature that I wish another social app would adopt (Facebook)

Im just rating it because it keeps asking me too, but all in all, I love it.

Gobbles up your data plan by the truckload. Why cant I turn off videos etc?

For goodness sake, you seriously need to figure out what you want to be! Ive read recent material that states you want to be a news client, among other things. Ive tried to use Twitter on many occasions for my news client, but it just doesnt do the job. There are no organizing features to compartmentalize news, such as local, sports, tech, etc. Twitter has historically decided that lists werent important enough to make them easy to use, and continues to insist on burying them in settings. FOR AN ORGANIZATION THAT IS TRYING TO FIND THEIR NICHE, AND WANTS TO BE REGARDED AS A NEWS CLIENT, WHY OH WHY WOULDNT YOU MAKE THE CONSUMPTION PROCESS EASIER? It seems like making lists more readily available would be a fairly modest change, but would make a world of difference in its usability, in my opinion. I think this is a huge missed opportunity. I guess Im stuck with Apple News. Too bad, Twitter. What could have been....
