No option to follow (multiple) hashtags

Seriously, you cannot save a number of hashtags of interest to follow? You cannot even search two terms at once. Hello! Wake up! It is 2018!
The lack of this feature makes twitter useless for me.
This is how it should be: Search term, click follow icon. It would be that simple.
