Can’t use the app! Please, fix it!

I’ve just registered an account and when I log into it the “we detected a suspicious activity from your account” message appears and verification process starts. First time everything went well and in the end I’ve continued surfing through the app. But the second time I’ve opened the app, I once again have been asked for a verification. And this time instead of a text message on the second stage of the verification, the app informed me that shortly I’ll be phoned with a verification code. 20 minutes passed and nobody has phoned me so far. I just completely cant use the app. Please, fix the problem.
