User friendly

I enjoy the facility of hashtag search which is just as easy as on a laptop / PC. Easy to switch b/n buttons.
Not sure about the imminence or seriousness of the doubling of characters. Twitter must Absolutely not do it. Results in losing the very USP it has. Brevity is the heart of wit.
