Why hasnt the age been changed?

This is getting really ridiculous. Im still not able to download twitter because if the age limit on it. I dont understand what the big problem is. If you dont like the inappropriate content that is displayed to younger users, dont freakin push the age to 17+ and loosing millions of people. Instead, just ban the people that are posting the content. This is honestly getting very annoying and needs to be changed.

This is honestly extremely unfair. I dont care if my review gets overlooked but the mindless developers, but Im about to give all of you a pice of my mind right now. Why hasnt the age been changed? Change it back. There was nothing wrong before, so why does there seem to be a problem now. This is literally ruining my YouTube channel.
