Corrupt

During installation on iPhone 7plus the install didnt finish. I have a shortcut with a generic avi not the Twitter bird. Delete it but it shows installed on the phone and in App Store. Rebooted and turned on/off phone several times and the corrupt shortcut returns but twitter wont open.
