Negative stars for glitches

I tried re activating my account and it wont let me reset my password. It just kicks me out when I do. I tried looking for support while on my phone and it doesnt show any links.
I tried opening a new account but it kicked me back to my old account that I cannot access, it shows only a blank account. I am hoping this will reach developers so you can fix it.
If I could yell at someone I would! Perhaps accountability would make happier customers instead of hiding?
