One of many problems.

I have made an account that doesnt have an associated phone number. why? Cause i dont have one. 3 days ago it has said your account has been locked (I just downloaded it, never done anything yet) and I have to use my phone number to get back into the account. I DIDNT ASSOCIATE ONE WITH THE ACCOUNT! 3 days now Ive been Trying Password resets and logging in outside of the app. I was never offered an option to verify through email. I dont know if its a new update or something but an email option needs to be added. Ive been locked for absolutely no reason and I cant get back in.

Ps: your "help" option offered no help what so ever.
