Tweets not actually sent?

This app used to be so good, but now, it has major issues. Every so often, it won’t post my tweets, and it’s driving me nuts! I even went to apple thinking it was my phone, but now I know it’s on the list of bugs that never got fixed! Don’t be like Facebook.
