Good but a bug

This is a great app for sharing, posting, making friends<---(this doesnt really happen a lot) But this app is really good!

But there is ALWAYS a bug and now when I try to update or download it, my phone says its installed and I got to the home screen and its not there!!!!! This is VERY annoying so now I cant use the app because I deleted it an accident and I wanted to keep it. PLEASE FIX THIS!! It may just be my phone too, I have a SE and its really crappy. Please see if you can do anything, but either way the app was great and it probably still is, I just wish I knew.
