Tweets and Replies update

Give the option to default to "Tweets and Replies" automatically. If Im on an account I want to see everything.

Also I wouldnt mind the ability to turn off the news section in search. Its very distracting when it appears.

Update: The sensitive content filter is too strong in this update, I prefer the older version that warned you but didnt BLOCK you from viewing things which is often incorrectly flagged as sensitive. I dont want it fully disabled either.
