Log in bug.

So, I deleted the app. Re downloaded it & when I went to log in, "confirm my identity" came up...but with the wrong user name. so I clicked ignore assuming there is another spot where I can log in...there is not. So I went back to where "confirm my identity" but theres no option where I can say this is not me. So I clicked forgot password & it prompted me to type my user name, so I did and it found the correct me BUT now I have to reset my password. AGAIN. are you aware? something so simple like a log in..cant even do that. dont even want to log in anymore. At this point its a waste of memory until the error is resolved.
