Notifications / remove spam accounts

Note: mine arent turned on.
Issue: each time Ive opened the app, it lets me know I have a notification. I close it and come back later, it lets me know I have THE SAME notification I saw earlier. Theyre all from spam accounts. If theyre inactive, following and unfollowing shouldnt be happening. I also do not need to keep getting the same notifications over and over again about it. Find a way to drop spam accounts. Do the same thing on its web version.
